It was a little over two weeks before the wedding that Annie called me and asked me if we were available to shoot their wedding. She was coming to the Twin Cities from Grand Forks, ND for her sister’s graduation, so we found a window of time to meet and dream about the vision of her wedding. Annie’s face already showed the excitement and anticipation of the day. I got to meet her sister and dad as well that day, and their collective eagerness was a joy to watch.
I think Annie & David invited the entire town of Grand Forks to the party. The support and love from each guest felt almost palpable as the day’s events unfolded. As a wedding vendor, I get to see the prep work behind the scenes. The careful attention to each detail by so many people helped to make this day extraordinary.
